Our team, led by Kanokpich Ukritdutsadee, attended a high-level meeting which also included representatives from the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) and the Nominee Crackdown Task Force. The discussions focused on strengthening compliance, transparency, and lawful business practices for foreigners operating in Thailand.

As a result of this meeting, the Department of Business Development has selected Lawyers for Expats Thailand to collaborate with them in supporting and educating foreign investors and business owners on the correct and legal way to conduct business in Thailand.
