Many foreigners in Thailand are living in fear of investigation and the outcome of it. In many cases this is because they followed incorrect advice, sometimes given by unlicensed and unqualified people.
It is important that you follow the law in everything you do, so you can live safely and legally, and so that Thailand is indeed the Land of Smiles for you.

WORKING IN THAILAND
If you are working in Thailand, make sure you have the correct visa and work permit.
The company must have 4 Thai employees to 1 foreigner, unless you hold an LTR visa.
A Thai company needs 2,000,000 baht share capital. That means 1,020,000 baht comes from the 51 percent Thai shareholders, who must be real investors.
