How We Help
Thai will drafting, dual-country estate co-ordination and executor appointment — so your wishes are protected under Thai law and your family is not left to work it out alone.

How We Help
Four steps from first contact to a valid, executed Thai will — and the same firm handles the estate when it is eventually needed.
WhatsApp, email or a call. We ask about your assets in Thailand, your assets elsewhere, your family situation and any existing wills. We do not start drafting until we understand the full picture.
If you already have a will — in Thailand or elsewhere — we review it against your current circumstances. We identify conflicts, outdated provisions and assets that are not covered before we recommend what needs to change.
Thai will, dual-country coordination, executor appointment — drafted in English and Thai, with the specific language needed to protect each asset and ensure it does not conflict with any other will you hold.
Will signing, witnessing and optional district registration handled by us. The same firm handles probate and estate administration when the time comes — your family contacts us, not a stranger.
Can I handle this remotely, before I'm back in Thailand?
Most of the drafting and review process happens remotely. Once a will is ready, it needs to be signed and witnessed — we arrange that at our office or, for clients overseas, advise on the correct witnessing procedure for your jurisdiction. We tell you exactly when your presence is needed.
What We Do For Our Clients
Estate planning for foreign nationals living in Thailand is not the same as drafting a standard will. Here is the actual scope of what our team does on your file.
We draft wills specifically for foreign nationals living in Thailand — in English and Thai, covering Thai assets, structured so the document is valid under Thai law and does not accidentally revoke any will you hold elsewhere.
Will a Thai will cancel my UK will — or vice versa?
Only if they are poorly drafted. A Thai will that is written to cover only Thai assets, and that explicitly excludes assets covered by another will, does not revoke a home-country will. We draft with this specifically in mind and ask about any existing will before we begin.
Where you have assets in Thailand and another country, we draft the Thai will so both documents work together rather than against each other — and advise on the structure your home-country will should use to protect the same.
We review wills written years ago against your current assets and circumstances. Major life events — property purchases, marriages, new beneficiaries, business interests — can make an existing will inadequate without the owner realising.
What if I already have a will that's years old?
We review it. A will that was appropriate when you first arrived may not reflect the assets, relationships or intentions you have today. We identify what needs updating and what remains valid — and we tell you honestly if the existing document creates any risk.
Choosing the right executor matters. We advise on who should be appointed, what their role involves under Thai law, and how to structure the appointment so administration runs smoothly — including cross-border estates.
Company shares, partnership interests and business assets do not transfer automatically through a will in the same way personal assets do. Where you have Thai business interests, we plan succession separately and correctly.
The same firm handles probate, asset transfer, bank account release and distribution to beneficiaries. Your family does not need to find a new lawyer when the will is needed — we are already on file.
Do you handle the estate after I die — not just the will?
Yes. The same firm handles probate, estate administration, property transfer and bank account release. Your family contacts us, and we handle everything from there — they don't need to find a separate firm.
Does my Thai will need to be registered somewhere?
Thai wills do not require registration to be legally valid, but registration at a local district office adds an additional layer of certainty and can simplify probate later. We advise on whether registration is appropriate for your circumstances.
Our Commitment To You
A Thai will that inadvertently revokes a UK will can be a costly mistake. We ask about every existing document before we begin — and we draft to protect all of them, not just the one in front of us.

Not every client needs a complex dual-country estate plan. Some need a straightforward Thai will. Some need an existing document reviewed. We tell you what is appropriate for your circumstances — not what generates the largest fee.
You deal with the same lawyer who drafts the will. Your family deals with the same firm when they need to execute it. There is no handover, no reintroduction, no losing context between people.

Will drafting fees and any registration or government charges are set out before we start. Your family will not discover unexpected costs when they are already managing a probate.
